Here's how it works: on the 3rd Monday of each month (click to get your local time), we'll meet online for a 90-minute group coaching session where I'll share insights on an essential leadership topic, followed by collaborative discussions and a hot-seat programme where you can get targeted support on your unique challenges and opportunities. You'll complete regular self-assessments to monitor your progress and set actionable goals for our time together. You'll also receive four carefully selected leadership books per year, which we'll explore together in our coaching sessions.
